Ordering

Where do you ship?

Almost everywhere. Most of our catalogue ships worldwide with tracking. A handful of products in our Smart Tech range are sourced from US warehouses and can only be delivered to US addresses; those product pages say so clearly.

How long does delivery take?

Smart Tech items shipped from the US arrive in 5 to 8 business days (2 to 4 with Express). Everything else ships from our international fulfilment partners and typically takes 10 to 20 business days, occasionally longer in peak season or if customs holds a parcel.

How much is shipping?

Most products ship free. Where a shipping charge applies you'll see it at checkout before you pay. US orders over $70 ship free.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse, usually within 1 to 3 business days of ordering.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, plus Revolut Pay. Payments are processed securely by Revolut; we never see or store your card details.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card provider converts at their current rate.

Returns

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at autkittwo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund. For most issues you won't need to post anything back.

Can I return something I don't want?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See our refund policy for the details. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

Can I cancel an order?

If you email us before the order has been handed to the courier we can cancel it. Once it has shipped, it falls under the return policy.

Products

Do the smart litter boxes and fountains need a subscription?

No. The apps are free; a few brands offer optional premium plans but nothing is required to use the product.

Will the plug work in my country?

US-sourced electronics come with a US plug and a 100 to 240V adapter. Products that ship internationally usually let you pick a plug type on the product page.

How do I find the right costume size?

Measure your pet's back length (collar to base of tail) and chest girth, then compare with the size chart in the product photos. If you're between sizes, go up.
