In short
- 30 days from delivery to request a return, unused and in original packaging.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email a photo and we'll replace or refund, usually without a return.
- EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period on top.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
